This paper will explain the SpaanSpan~R Bridge System; a concrete structure with a depth of less than 21 inches (533mm) for a span of almost 100 feet (30.5m)! The paper will discuss the criteria for selecting the system; the system will be explained; and the manufacturing and erection will be described in detail.
