APPLICATION OF PREDATOR DATA ANALYSIS AND ANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN SCHOOLING

摘要

Workshop production management information is an important part of the manufacturing information,and also an important way to enhance the level of manufacturing production management and manufacturing efficiency.This paper introduces situation that Predator Data Analysis and Management System is applied in Engineering Training Center in Shanghai University of Engineering.The different modules reflect the advanced digital manufacturing process of the Production workshop.The system is combined of advanced information technology, automation technology, modem manufacturing technology, measurement technology and quality management technology, etc.,through the whole life of company product.The implementation of computer-aided quality management system could promote continuous improvement of quality management and control technology, and ultimately improve the overall quality and product quality.
