On the basis of analyzing the current situation of engineering training in colleges, the comprehensive innovative engineering training mode based on project-objectives making is pointed out.It is considered that constructing the course teaching system on major-division not only mobilized students' innovative initiative, cultivate innovative spirit, and enhanced the ability of engineering practice, but also raised the training efficiency and effect by this new teaching means.

机译：在分析高校工程技术培训现状的基础上，提出了基于项目目标制定的综合性创新工程技术培训模式。认为构建专业化课程教学体系不仅可以调动学生的创新积极性，培养创新精神，增强工程实践能力，同时也通过这种新的教学手段提高了培训效率和效果。
