Greening Design of Residential Building Environment for Older Adults

摘要

The developing trend of population structure in China indicates that we will be confronted with a serious problem of aging population in the near future. This article analyses the physiological function characters and psychological goal of older adults. Aiming at the older adults' demand on the function of residential building, this paper discusses the design strategy of green residential building environment from the aspects of lighting design, green building materials selecting, indoor green plants selecting, color planning, furniture disposing and so on.
