The Wind of the Circumference Accompanied with Construction of a high-rise Building Group, and Quality of Warm Temperature Environment

Local climate such as wind and thermal conditions, will be affected by surroundings, especially large buildings. In order to investigate these phenomena, we have observed meteorological elements around a certain region for long time. Several field surveys about climatic conditions around buildings after constructions were closely made, but it is very difficult to estimate the effective contribution of change in local wind and thermal conditions. Because it is impossible to investigate the climatic conditions before construction, actually. From the aforementioned point of view, we have observed some meteorological elements around a certain region. The observation has been made from September, 1976, when the work of construction started, to August, 1982, when it was almost finished. In this paper, some results based on the series of meteorological data and annual tendencies are mentioned.
