To improve wireless terminal energy efficiency, code division multiple access (CDMA)-based systems, which are still widely-used in existing 3G networks, are chosen as the scenario. Through the establishment of the terminal energy efficiency model, a Nash Bargaining Solution (NBS) based on a cooperative game is applied to uplink resource allocation, and a distributed algorithm is designed to obtain the optimal solution. The algorithm satisfies each user's power and rate constraints, reflects fairness of resource allocation, and maximizes the overall energy efficiency in uplink wireless communication systems, so as to realize energy efficiency.
