A MEASUREMENT LABORATORY OVER THE INTERNET BASED ON JINI

A novel measurement laboratory, Jini-Lab,rnbased on Internet and Jini services is proposed and experimented.rnThe key features of Jini allowing the development of therndistributed measurement laboratory are highlighted. Thernmeasurement experiments concern the monitoring of the powerrnnetwork characteristics. Attention is focused on the two services:rnthe power network analyser service and the monitoring service.
