摘要

Permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance machine (PMSynRM) is a combination of the characteristics of two machines, permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) and synchronous reluctance machine (SRM). The paper introduces the importance of usage of this machine and mathematical dq-model for controlling techniques of PMSynRM. It also describes the different types of losses and addresses different control techniques in the perspective of losses in PMSynRM. The methodology of this paper is mainly analytical. The goal is to analyze the features of operating PMSynRM and their influence on the losses of individual components of the system in order to choose the best control technique.
