A METHOD FOR THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE HYDRO-MECHANICAL TRANSMISSIONS

The hydro-mechanical transmissions are mechanical structures with a great level of complexity. In principle, a such transmission is made of a hydro-dynamical couple converter arranged in series with a complex planetary mechanism with variable structure and an automatic system for the change of velocity steps. In paper, it is presented a method by which can be determinate the kinematical and dynamical parameters for the hydro-mechanical transmission type W5A030 of Mercedes Concern.
