ACOUSTIC ANALYSIS OF A LARGE SCIENCE SATELLITE

摘要

An acoustic analysis of a large science mission satellite was performed to derive the assemblyrnacoustic test level and component random vibration levels. The analysis consists of finite elementrnanalysis in the low frequencies and statistical energy analysis in the high frequencies. This paperrndescribes the analysis methodology, modeling, and results. It demonstrates how a pre-test analysis isrnused to support an assembly acoustic test. The analysis quantified the differences of an assemblyrnacoustic test and a system acoustic test.
