Suzhou/Wuxi/Changzhou,and Shanghai/ Hangzhournnearby is developed area in China; and also theserncities have seriously suffered from land subsidencerninduced by groundwater over-extracted. Many radarrndata are accumulated in these area, such as JERS-1rnand ERS-1/2 SAR and ENVISAT ASAR. We havernprocessed those data to monitor the land subsidence byrnPersistent Scatterer InSAR technique. In this paper,rnSuZhou city is our test area,we get time serialrnsubsidence rate of SuZhou city in a span ofrn1992~1998,1993~2000,2004~2007,and validate thernresults by comparing subsidence measurementsrncollected in some points of this area with GPS andrnleveling. They are in agreement with each other. Wernalso validate some persistent scatterers on the spot. Atrnlast, we present some conclusions by comparingrnsubsidence rate before and after year 2000, andrnconsidering InSAR results and the information aboutrnwater pump and well distribution.
