摘要

With the widely used, spatial data and GIS have been the important spatial tools for their life and work. But at most common, the spatial data's heterogeneous and distribution features bring difficulty for cooperation among the dispersed users. Thus, the new model for spatial data access and editing in collaborative has been the urgent need for GIS application. Here, a new collaborative model called AMCM is put forward. AMCM based on agent and multi-level cache. Agent is an autonomous, interactive, initiative and reactive computing entity in a distributed environment. Agent has been used in many fields such as compute science and automation. Agent brings new methods for cooperation and the access for heterogeneous and distributed spatial data. Multi-level cache is another technology in our research. Multi-level cache is a subset of spatial data. And it is created and managed by agent. Multi-level cache puts forth a new mechanism for access and editing of spatial data. It can improve the co-editing of huge and distributed spatial data in collaborative environment. AMCM reduces the network load when accessing and editing spatial data.
