Informatization and the globalization of economy have become a general trend of the social development. Informatization level has become an important indicator of comprehensive strength and social economy development of a nation, region or city. The Digital Earth has been an important support of the healthy, sustainable development of the urban, social, economic, population, being another leap of the conscious and material world by human. When the concept of Digital City comes into being, The Digital Earth has become the flag of the world informatization. Geo-spatial Framework, consisting of spatial reference framework and Geo-spatial Data, is important foundation of Digital Earth. It provides spatial position criterion for spatial and other non-spatial data, and implements conformity and share of all kinds of information sources. The paper introduces the current organization methods of spatial data which is the most essential part of Geo-spatial Framework. Then on the basis of analyzing the characteristics respectively, it summarizes advantages and disadvantages of them. The paper emphatically introduces the function and characteristic of Geo-spatial Framework data and divides it into base geo-spatial data, thematic data and socioeconomic property data. In order to manage these data better, the paper advances the organization methods of data of commixed database of Geo-spatial Framework model by integrating some advanced database technologies such as RDBMS and the Spatial Database Engine, namely on the basis of database and the data of Geo-spatial Framework divided in a preceding part of this paper, it describes layer-delaminating, block-dividing, slice-connecting, map-dividing and BLOB etc. to organize spatial data, including DLG, DOM, DEM, and thematic data, taking example for the data of urban planning. At the same time it also realizes integrated management of these data. Finally, combined with related data organization example, the paper implements these foregoing methods advanced in this paper and verifies the reliability and feasibility of them.
