Execution challenges were identified (McKenney, Buckley, & Singer, 2012): 3.1 Textbook execution does not exist 3.2 Unique design space for every problem 3.3 Moving from a person to teams 3.4 Adopting a new paradigm 4. Need to enable the SBD method to the larger Naval Enterprise.
