To conclude the paper it is necessary to say that disposal of very low level waste in special landfill repository site could be very effective costs saving options for the management of decommissioning radioactive waste with activity about one or two orders of magnitude above clearance levels. If the possibility for releasing the materials to the environment does not exist it is inevitable to dispose very low level waste is a special way, otherwise the costs for disposal them in near surface repository will be much higher.
