An intranet application supporting software verification and validation

摘要

The intranet application ViVaWeb supports verification and validation activities for software development projects.Any software development process should have a V&V process attached to it,and these two processes should be performed in parallel.A V&V process has three main steps:1 centre dot Definition of V&V requirements,i.e. user requirements for the quality of work products. 2 centre dot Construction of a V&V plan,i.e. a plan for the V&V activities which will lead to results which can be measured against the V&V requirements.3 centre dot Execution of the V&V plan ViVaWeb describes step-by -step how to set up V&V requirements and how to construct a V&V plan,and provides tools to be used in the execution of the plan.ViVaWeb is platform in dependent and can be used by geographically distributed users involved in the same project.
