The technology verification satellite TET (TechnologiernErprobungsTr?ger) is the core element of the GermanrnOn-Orbit-Verification (OOV) program of newrntechnologies and techniques. The goal of this program isrnthe support of the German space industry and researchrnfacilities for on-orbit verification of satellite technologies.rnThe TET satellite is a small satellite developed and builtrnin Germany under leadership of Kayser-Threde. Thernsatellite bus is based on the successfully operated satelliternBIRD and the newly developed payload platform with thernnew payload handling system called NVSrn(Nutzlastversorgungs-system).rnThe NVS can be detailed in three major parts:rn1. the power supplyrn2. the processor boards andrn3. the I/O-interfaces.rnThe NVS is realized via several PCBs in Europe formatrnwhich are connected to each other via an integratedrnbackplane. The payloads are connected by frontrnconnectors to the NVS. This paper describes the concept,rnarchitecture, and the hard-/software of the NVS. Phase Brnof this project was successfully finished last year.
