摘要

In order to improve the grinding accuracy of ball screw in operation, the computer subdivision technique is applied in the measuring system. A laser-feedback compensation system based on the 8-bit single-chip microcomputer is developed for real-time measurement and control. The ID interface is designed to implement th e new measurement method; the hardware and software of the intelligent control of step motor are given.
