Complexation hydrogels carriers were designed todeliver chemotherapeutic agents to the duodenum and aidtransport into the bloodstream. Nanospheres composed ofmethacrylic acid (MAA) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)were used to create pH-responsive carriers loaded withbleomycin. The carrier properties make them promising fororal delivery of numerous chemotherapeutics.
