As the concentration of drug, and the temperatureincreased, the release of drug from the gels increased.Among the enhancers used, polyoxyethylene 2-oleyl ethershowed the best enhancing effect. For the enhancedtransdermal delivery of tretinoin, the application ofcarbopol gels containing polyoxyethylene 2-oleyl ether asan enhancer could be useful in the development oftransdermal drug delivery system
