Biaxial thermal creep characteristics of cold-worked stress-rlief annealed (CWSR) Zircaloy tubing was investigated under internal pressurization superimposed with axial load. While the stress-state dependence of the hoop and axial creep was studied at a constant temperature, the temperature and stress variations of the steady-state creep were investigated under closed-end internal pressurization. Creep locus was constructed at a constant dissipation energy from which the anisotropy parameters, R and P, were evaluated.
