THE CONSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE OF INDUSTRY TRAINING COURSES WITH PETROLEUM AND PETROCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS

In process of innovation and improving the content, manner, means of the industrial training, taking special trainings with the institute's characteristic can serve as an effective way to upgrade the level of the industrial training. In order to create an industrial training system with the characteristic of petroleum and petrochemical, we elaborately draft the typical equipments, processes and operational methods in this field. Making full use of existing resources, we plan four types of teaching scenarios including a field site, laboratory, model room and CAI courseware, adopt three trainings by means of visiting, hands-operation and presentation teaching. The results show that the characteristic trainings enable trainees taste the characteristics and the level of the petroleum and petrochemical industry with great interest. It gets a good result with the smaller input.
