Bao-14 Block reservoir is a sub-facies sandstone body of fan delta front and shows a composition of thin sand-shale interbeded. Sonic curve does not show definite feature of reservoir resolution clearly, while resistivity curve has sensitive response. Reservoir prediction is undertaken using dual constraint inversion of both sonic and resistivity curves. Through adding resistivity information to wave impedance body, the drawbacks of low resolution in pure sonic curve inversion is avoided and vertical resolution of sandstone body as well as interpretability are improved. Meanwhile, the sandstone body distribution range is enlarged and the reliability of the inversion method is also proved.
