摘要

The key issue for the geological interpretation to deep seismic reflection data is to recognize coherence events from highly noised background. In this paper, we first present a processing algorithm, named χ ~2 distribution processing of deep seismic reflection data, to identify and enhance the coherence events. The results demonstrate that the seismic skeleton maps clearly show us the recent framework of the Earth, and the reflection energy profiles overlay with structure have the characteristic of sharp strong to weak reflect contrast, convenient for geological interpretation and the most important feature is that the evolution procedure of the Earth's crust would be inferred. The seismic data interpretation shows that the Songliao Basin crust is of some typical conditions of continental rupture rift, and we can infer that the deep parts of Songliao Basin have good potential for oil and natural gas exploration.
