A cleansing-gel formulated to remove residualrntrans-Capsaicin from skin following treatmentrnwith a trans-Capsaicin dermal patch was studiedrnto support safety and efficacy. In vitro skinrnpermeation data suggest that PEG-300, thernmajor component in the gel, does not cross eitherrncontrol or trans-Capsaicin-pretreated skin.
