Knowledge occupies one of the central roles in expertrnsystem(ES) and is the primary source of competence tornES solutions. The formation of knowledge architecture isrngetting more important and is demanded in designing expertrnsystem interface that is the representation way ofrnknowledge. However, knowledge is still mostly treatedrninformally and ill-structured appeared in ES interface.rnThere are widely different opinions in its nature, especiallyrnon experienced knowledge.rnThis is a study of significance for that research onrnmaintainer cognition based on the construction ofrnknowledge approach. It follows that any in-depthrninvestigation of the structure of professional knowledgernnecessitates a closer look at experience. This paper attemptsrnto characterize knowledge contents and then propose arnsuitable ES interface based on cognitive analysis ofrnmaintenance tasks. The proposed conceptual model createsrntaxonomy for classifying ES interface.
