The paper determines the overall scheme for thernconstruction of Information-gathered and Remote ControlrnPlatform (IRCP) in the Remote Monitoring and DiagnosisrnSystem at first. Then the paper puts emphasis on thoserndevices that can’t meet the requirement of overallrnconstruction, and the solutions to some key problems arerndescribed in detail. Using LAN and Internet WAN to realizernthe information integration in the existing control system ofrnproduction by computer and network technology, the paperrnprovides a way to optimize the process of the manufacture,rngreatly improve the technique and management level ofrncorporations with relatively less investment, which hasrnimportant meanings in reconstruction of the conventionalrnmanufacturing trade using information technology.
