AOCS's Units Functional Tes t Met hod Res ul tFor Small Satellite

摘要

A KOMPSAT-2 (Korea Multi Purpose SATellite-2) satellite, developed by KARI (Korea AerospacernResearch Institute) as a small satellite, consists of several subsystems which are EPS(Electrical PowerrnSubsystem), TC&R(Telemetry Command & Range Subsystem) and AOCS(Attitude Orbit Control Subsystem).rnRegarding to AOCS part, the one of the subsystems, it has good accurate sensors and actuators due to arn1meter FOV of required imagining data. AOCS hardware – Gyro, Sun Sensor, Star Tracker, Reaction Wheel,rnSADA, Earth Sensor, MTQ, Magnetometer, Thruster, etc - needs to perform some tests such as function,rnpolarity and performance test in the AIT level in order to verify that all hardware units generate their ability inrnthe requirement. Those are tested by GSE(Ground Support Equipment) and Test-aids.rnIn this paper, it introduces and describes the AOCS part of KOMPSAT-2 and its test methods and results.
