This paper is intended to study particle infiltration through leak by the use of Brownian motionrntheory. Analytical solutions for physical quantities such as conductance for channels of variousrngeometry, the probability for particles passing through these channels, as well as theirrncorrelation, are derived from statistical mechanical formulations. Based on these studies, howrnparticles redistribute over size after passing through narrow channels is investigated.
