MAKE-UP AIR AS COOLING SOURCE OF CLEANROOM IN WINTER

摘要

The energy cost of cleanroom operation is very high, but the indoor cooling load in a high-class cleanlinessrncleanroom is steady all year round. That is to say, the cleanroom should be cooled even in winter. In northern China, normallyrnthe chiller does not run in its proper status in winter, because of low outside temperatures. This paper draws the conclusion,rnbased on research, that it is feasible to use make-up air as the cooling source for cleanrooms in winter, and presents the detailsrnof design procedure. Furthermore, it proves the above conclusion with a actual design case in Beijing.
