Reasonable design for sheet-transfer mechanism of high-speed offset press is very important for transferring sheet accurately and ensuring topping print precision. On the condition that known the motion law of each member in the mechanism, dynamic-static analysis of the mechanism can be done based on D'Alembert principle. The parameters including forces of each hinge joint point and torque have been gotten by establishing dynamic static equations. The result by anlysis and comparison shows the dynamic performance of mechanism can meet technological process demands in high-speed.
