摘要

Our laboratory reactor systems were developed, in which the effluent gas was directly connected to on-line gas chromatograph to determine the reaction rate and product compositions. The performance of the reactor was reproducible, and it is very simple to determine the composition of the products even if effluent gas contained small amounts of methylchlorosilane. In this work, highest rate was obtained for a mixture of Copper (Ⅰ) chloride and Copper (Ⅱ) oxide that contained 57wt% of Copper (Ⅰ) chloride. By using this catalyst mixture, we discovered the optimum levels of Zinc, Tin and Phosphorus, which yielded 94wt% dimethyldichlorosilane and 0.02 T/D.
