摘要

Research possibility of application of optical-digital system (ODC), including CCD-camera for the determination of the surface form and geometric parameters of microlenses. It is shown that microlenses have a shapeof the cut sphere. Approximate polynomial describing surface of microlens is calculated and main geometric parameters of these optical elements, the curvature radius, diameter and height of microlent are calculated.
