Laser radiation used for renovation of monuments and works of art

摘要

The paper presents; the first in Poland; application of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for cleanign the surfaces of the Tomb of the Unknown Solidier situated in Warsaw. There are also discussed an influence of laser beam parameters o nthe rate and width of the removed layers, being the hardened black layers, that were formed on the Tomb during the last tens years.
