Comparison of the CO_2 laser and Leep-Loop method in treatment of changes of uterine cervix

Electric leep-loop and and lasersurgery are modern methods in treatment of disseases of uterine cervix that we can use often exchangeable. Differences first of all relates indications. Lasersurgery we can apply in disseases of uterine cervix channel. Application of electric leep in dysplasia of small grade of uterus cervix channel is possible. Before lasersurgery we should exclude cervical carcinoma, because we dont have histopathological material. Leep-loop conisation we shouldnt apply at young women, who plan pregnancy (risk of cicatrisation and dystokia of uterine cervix).
