摘要

In this paper, according to theory of thermal elastoplastic and phase transformation, combined with characteristic of laser quenching, the effect of cooling velocity on temperature field and phase contents is analyzed, mathematical model of transformation during laser quenching and nonlinear heat conduction equation is presented. The computer simulation of temperature field and distribution of volume in hardening depth after laser quenching are proposed. Also, after laser quenching experiment of 40Cr steel under case of controlling boundary condition, it can be shown that theoretic calculation fits to experimental result, and a new feasible approach is provided to improve the high-toughness of metallic material.
机译:本文根据热弹塑性和相变理论,结合激光淬火的特点,分析了冷却速度对温度场和相含量的影响,建立了激光淬火过程中的相变数学模型和非线性热传导方程。提出了激光淬火后温度场和淬火深度体积分布的计算机模拟。另外,在控制边界条件下对40Cr钢进行激光淬火实验,可以证明理论计算与实验结果吻合,为提高金属材料的高韧性提供了一种新的可行方法。
