摘要

本研究中,采用水解酸化和MBR组合工艺处理实验模拟的含油废水.通过改变不同的进水有机负荷,考察组合工艺对含油废水中的COD、氨氮、石油类污染物及挥发酚的去除效果,来评价该组合工艺处理含油废水的可行性.结果表明,该组合工艺对实验室模拟的含油废水有良好的去除效果.最后分析了该组合工艺处理含油废水时膜污染速率的影响情况,经过化学清洗,受污膜有良好的恢复效果.%In this study,an integrated process composed of hydrolysis acidification and submerged MBR was designed and utilized to treat oily wastewater.The removal of COD,NH3-N,petroleum pollutant,and volatile phenol was investigated under different OLRs to evaluate the feasibility of the integrated process for oily wastewater.The results show that a promising treatment performance has been achieved.The effect of membrane fouling rate was investigated under different OLRs in the treatment of oily wastewater.After a chemical cleaning,the fouled membrane could be well to recover.
