Laccase as a biocatalyst has been widely applied.The immobilization of laccase indicates a better prospect for its broader application.In this paper,the structure and catalytic mechanism of laccase were briefly introduced.The commonly-used immobilization methods as well as some newly-developed immobilization methods in recent years were focused on.Besides,the carrier materials for immobilization of enzymes in recent years and their development were reviewed.%漆酶作为一种生物催化剂,已被广泛应用.将漆酶固定化,使其应用前景更为广阔.简单介绍了漆酶的结构及催化机理:着重介绍了漆酶固定化方法,包括传统固定化方法和新型固定化方法;并综述了近年来有关固定化漆酶载体材料的研究现状及其发展.
