A Web-based Solution to Remote Environmental Database Access

Scientists who develop and manage large technical and scientific databases are always faced with a common dilemma: how to best distribute the information to the widest possible audience - where the software tools and hardware platforms available to that audience were likely to be limited. This work presents a Web-based solution to this dilemma for a large molecular electronic structure database.
