After the analysis of meaning, processes and causal relationship on Human capital absorptive multiplication, based on system dynamics theory, taking into account the time delay of organizational staff recruitment and incumbency, applying aging chain and co-flow modeling, using Vensim software to build a system dynamics model of organization human capital absorptive multiplication, and compiled the model DYNAMO program and given initial parameters. By choosing the initial model parameters, expected performance, human capital accumulation rate, the adjustment time of recruitment and incumbency, through the model simulation and the analysis of EXCEL variable curve, the conclusions have been drawn: the organization human capital absorptive multiplication model has stable operation with very good features, that is homing characteristics; change model expected performance, human capital accumulation rate and the recruitment and incumbency time to adjust the parameters of policy, organization can effectively keep flexible and dynamic adaptation between human capital absorptive multiplication and organization strategic development objectives.
