Project Access Evaluation of Development Zone Based on Extension Theory

摘要

This paper designs project access evaluating index of development zone and establishes a new decision-making model based on the extension theory. The application of model is demonstrated through using an example case. The study shows that this model is valid for evaluating the feasibility of investment and helpful to decision-accessing optimization in keeping with intensive use of land.
