Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) allows Mobile Node (MN) to bernalways addressable by its home address. RouternOptimization (RO) is standard in MIPv6 to route packetsrnbetween MN and Correspondent Node (CN) usingrnshortest possible path. It provides better bandwidth andrnfaster transmission. RO greatly increases the security risk.rnThis is one of the main reasons that IPv6 is notrnimplemented yet. However IPSec is used to protectrnsignaling between MN and Home Agent. In this paper,rnfocus is given on enhanced security scheme in terms ofrnRO based Test-bed evaluation experiment. An enhancedrnsecurity algorithm is developed on top of MIPv6 RO tornsecure data and prepare a safe communication betweenrnMN and CN. This algorithm is able to detect and preventrnthe attacker from modifying the data with using anrnencryption algorithm by cost of little bit increase butrntolerable delay. The real-time network Test-bed isrnimplemented to prove the efficiency of proposed method.rnThe experimental results show that the proposed securityrnscheme increases the security performance of thernnetwork. This gives advantage of safe communication thatrncan significantly improve the data security of RO whilernmaintaining the quality of other network performance.
