This paper presents the engineering contractors perspective are they highly risky design-build project offered by Hampton Roads Sanitation District that's a pilot project is part of their Regional wet-weather management plan development process. Store number of key learnings and Innovative approaches take enjoying the procurement and execution phases of this work, which will be developed in the paper and presentation. The most significant aspect of this work is guaranteed outcome provided by Arcadis is part of this project.
