NUMERICAL MODEL FOR DESCRIBING THE MANUFACTURING PRECISION AT WHIRLING THREAD-CUTTING

The present paper proposes, first of all, an algorithm able to numerically describe the complex profile on the flanks of trapezoidal external threads generated by whirling and it presents some theoretical results obtained by applying this algorithm.
