摘要

The technological system for manufacturing through cutting is a complex composed from many subsystems and components with many connections. On the design of devices, on the design of NC Programs, a strong relation is the interaction between cutting tool and the device, that can be seen only in the final step of the design process, when each modification can conduct to a large amount of expenses and to an increasing time to prepare the fabrication. In the paper are presented: methods to simulate the interaction between the fabrication devices and the tool-holder subsystem, strategies for solving that problem, and for one of them, the algorithm for automate solving of the collision problem, an example of simulation of above presented interaction, and finally elements for evaluate the efficiency of the proposed model.
