Distributed operation simulation system based on HLA can simulate some intelligent behavior of the simulation entity by the way of CGF. However, current CGF is not able to accomplish desired tactical instruction simulation and flexible tactical behavior simulation. Connecting some real equipment, platform simulator and key devices to simulation system, man and some real equipment or approximate real equipment are integrated to simulation system. It will increase simulation credibility significantly. The paper researches on modular frame design of virtual flight simulator on a certain type of fighter in naval aeronautical equipment operation simulation. The thought of system framework based on EXP-50 image generator is proposed. Primary data flow in simulator is analyzed. The battlefield entity generation and management technology based on VR-Link and opcode, large scale terrain generation technology based on ECT and the development technology on battlefield environment are illustrated.
