350 - 500t/d of MSW CFB Boiler and Incineration System

摘要

The Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) incinerator of 350～500t/d for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) incineration is the largest capacity CFB type incinerator with External Heat Exchanger (EHE) to be put into service in China. The High Superheater (HS) of the boiler is designed at the location of inside of EHE, and can be prevent HS from HC1 corrosion effectively. The heat transfer coefficient of HS changes with fluidized velocity of EHE. Due to this characteristic, the system has a good steam temperature control of HS. The paper introduces the CFB incinerator, system, process and operation in Shaoxing plant. The boiler parameters are of 75t/h, 5.3MPa, 485℃ at steam flux, pressure and temperature, respectively. The operation results show that the incinerator maximum capacity for MSW treatment is over 500t/d and pollutants emissions can meet the standard for pollution control on MSW incineration in China (GB18485-2001) strictly.
