摘要

The early-age volume change and cracking of concrete is a key to the deterioration and the end of service life of concrete structures. It is of great importance to control and monitoring the level of concrete thermal and mechanical characteristics at early age. The process of hydration reaction increases with time resulting in the development of the deformation and other properties of the concrete. Concrete structures are characterized by a complex interaction of internal drying, external drying and thermal effects. The basic characteristics of concrete materials and structures (thermology, mechanics, shrinkage, creep, damage, etc) have rapid changes. Two test methods and measuring devices are developed and analytical model is established in this paper. The risk of cracking can be estimated for modern concrete structures applying the test results, so that it will ensure the structures safety and reliability as well as improve the durability of concrete structures.
