Applications of Flow Visualization to Aeroengine RD at the National Aerospace Laboratory

The paper concerns applications of conventional flow visualization techniques and recent is contained inomputer Aided Flow Visualization methods to a variety of forced convective flows found in aeroengines and gas turbines. Representative cases described herein include flows in engine fan blades, air cooled turbine blades, turbine cascades and jet nozzles over a main wing model.
