摘要

Flexible printer circuit (FPC) board serves planar wireless antenna design. Effectively to supersede the antenna based on the traditional fixed printer circuit board (PCB) implement, and then provide free dimension of antenna and wireless system integration to designer. In this letter suggestion FPC for antenna design not only easy to control the antenna pattern on desired direction and radiation magnitude but also effective and quickly solved the complex tuning parameters of antenna application. The low profile far-field spherical scan system provides significant advantages over the older far-field 2D cuts testing including elimination of problem of simple theta and phi rotary axis with indoor far-field range testing, complete measurement characterization of the antenna, and improved accuracy. This paper will discuss the antenna and wireless system integration tested with the TRP/TIS and spherical antenna measurement for far-field system, and the CDMA PDA phone test results being achieved.
